IWF Leadership Fellows Program, 2023-2024

The programme accelerates women’s careers with better results through global leadership training and networking with the world’s leading women leaders – members of the International Women’s Forum (IWF). The approach is holistic and focuses on the participant’s personal and professional development, career and trajectory.

The programme brings together some 35 fellows from around the world for 20 days, consisting of three separate sessions. The programme is run in partnership with Harvard Business School and INSEAD. The Fellows Programme offers creative interdisciplinary training aimed at developing leadership and strategic management skills.
