Audi Dual Master’s Degree Program
AUDI AG offers a dual master’s degree program (Duales Masterstudium) that combines academic studies at a German university with paid practical experience at Audi’s facilities in Ingolstadt or Neckarsulm, Germany. Students alternate between university lectures and real project work at Audi throughout the program duration.

Program Structure
From the second semester onward, students complete paid practical placements at AUDI AG during all lecture-free periods: semester breaks, the practical semester, and the master’s thesis phase. Students may also complete one international placement at an Audi Group location abroad. The study plan is created individually with the student’s target department at the start of the program.
Duration: 2 years (THI) or 2.5 years (TUM)
Location: Ingolstadt or Neckarsulm, Germany
Degree Awarded: Master of Science (M.Sc.)
Employment after graduation: Guaranteed full-time job at Audi for students who complete the program on time
Monthly Salary: Paid throughout the entire program — both during study phases and practical phases
Eligibility Requirements
- Enrolled in the first semester of an accredited master’s degree program at the time of application
- Degree program matches one of Audi’s published offers
- German language proficiency at least C1 level
- Prior academic internship or bachelor’s thesis in an industry setting
- Bachelor’s degree holders with an interest in technology and IT
Required Documents
- Completed online application via Audi’s careers portal
- Abitur / high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Academic transcript / record of previous university achievements
- Proof of enrollment in first master’s semester
- German language certificate (at least C1)
- Evidence of prior industrial internship or academic thesis
- CV / résumé
