Tips and tricks for applying:

1) Use the Google Chrome web browser if possible. It is recommended that you use a laptop or computer, not a cell phone or tablet.

2) Do not use the back and forward buttons. This will log you out and you will lose data. Navigate through pages using the menu.

3) Remember your login and password. This saves time when logging in.

4) Enter accurate information. If any information changes after you send it, make sure you update it in the system. If you enter a second email address, make sure it is valid and different than your first.

5) It may take some time to fill out the application form, so consider preparing your answers in advance and then pasting them in.

6) There are a number of questions you need to answer. The minimum word count is 100 words and the maximum is 500 words per answer, so make sure you meet these requirements. Answers containing less than 100 words will not be considered.

7) Save all the answers. The system does not have an automatic save feature, and each session closes after 60 minutes, even if you enter data. Any unsaved data will be lost, so saving is highly recommended.

8) It is not necessary to fill out the form at once.

9) Avoid plagiarism. When content from other sources is used as an answer, it will be considered plagiarism, and your application will not be accepted. Therefore, you should carefully check your answers to make sure they are original and not copied from other sources.

10) Applications must be submitted in English. Applications in another language will not be accepted.

11) Check the size and format of the files you intend to upload and make sure they meet the requirements. Only JPG / PNG / PDF documents not exceeding 5 MB in size will be accepted. Make sure that file names are no longer than 50 characters.

12) Send your application only when you are completely satisfied with it. Please note that once submitted, you will not be able to modify your application, with the exception of the contact information section and documentation downloads.

13) Remember that you can only submit one application. Only the first application will be accepted. To exit the system, you will need to provide a reason. If you choose to withdraw, you will not be able to submit another application until the following year.
