The Muhammad Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) welcomes international students to enroll for the Master’s and PhD programs and study on a full scholarship. Mohamed Bin Zayed University scholarship aims to provide advanced knowledge and skills in the field of artificial intelligence and help students to study at a top university in the UAE. Their international faculty guides and motivate students to make the right career choices. UAE scholarship will be awarded to outstanding, talented, motivated and academically excellent students worldwide. The duration for the Master’s program is two years, while for PhD, the duration of the scholarship is four years. Through this scholarship, MBZUAI aims to form a community of young leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds who will be devoted to bringing positive innovations for the betterment of the world. The university will welcome more than 100 international students from 97 countries. The scholarships are offered to study the full-time Master and PhD programs at the Mohamed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence. Mohamed Bin Zayed University is the first research university for artificial intelligence in Abu Dhabi.

Benefits:

MBZUAI Scholarship is a fully funded; hence, it will cover almost all expenses. Following is the list of benefits offered by the Mohamed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence Scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria:

For Master’s Scholarship Program: 

• International students from all countries are encouraged to apply for the MBZUAI scholarship.
• Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field from an accredited university.
• Furthermore, students must hold a minimum GPA of 3.20.
• They must share an English language proficiency certificate.
• Applicants must submit recommendation letters, their statement of purpose and their English proficiency score.

PhD Program 2025:

• Students from all countries can apply for the MBZUAI PhD scholarship.
• Students with UAE nationality are also eligible.
• Applicants must have a master’s degree in science or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Furthermore, students must hold a minimum GPA of 3.20.
• Students must hold a minimum GPA of 3.20 on a scale of 4.00 from a reputable university/higher education institute.
• Applicants must submit recommendation letters, their statement of purpose, a comprehensive research statement and their English proficiency score.
