Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), a member of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science, and Community Development (QF), was founded in 2010 to continue fulfilling QF’s vision of unlocking human potential. HBKU is a homegrown research and graduate studies University that acts as a catalyst for positive transformation in Qatar and the region while having a global impact.

To be eligible for a tuition waiver, applicants must be admitted to a Master’s or PhD program offering these waivers. Additionally, exceptional international students may receive a living stipend in exchange for serving as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Research Assistant (RA). However, only admitted graduate students will be considered for TA or RA positions. It’s important to note that not all programs offer scholarships.

Benefits:

-Stipend of 5000 Qatari riyals per month + accommodation + return ticket per year (MS).

-Scholarship of 7500 Qatari riyals per month + accommodation + return ticket per year (PhD).

-Family accommodation is available for married students.

-Undergraduate students can apply for merit-based scholarship or financial loan.
