The OSCE academy ma degree scholarship programmes 2026-2028 year
The OSCE Academy in Bishkek is a public foundation, established in 2002 by the Kyrgyz Government and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). The OSCE Academy promotes the principles and values of the OSCE through post-graduate education, professional trainings, research and intellectual exchange.
For 2026-2028 the OSCE Academy offers three MA Programmes:
- Master of Arts in Politics and Security (Central Asia) Programme 2025-2027
- Master of Arts in Economic Governance and Development Programme 2025-2027
- Master of Liberal Arts and Sciences with specialization in Human Rights and Sustainability Programme (MAHRS) 2025-2027

Eligibility:
Applicants must meet the following admission criteria:
• Resident of the one of the Central Asian countries, Afghanistan and Mongolia or OSCE participating states
• Have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification from university in the field of social sciences, humanities, economics, law, language, sociology, international relations, political sciences or literature or other equivalent subjects. In case if applicant has not yet received diploma, they should provide documentation stating indicative date for receiving degree/ diploma from the institution and transcript of grades;
• Advanced level of English (at least 6.5 on the IELTS or 90 on the TOEFL).
